I've been in this business for almost 15 years. Between my husband and I, we have about 50 years combined experience. That's a lot of know-how, Over the course of managing our own brokerage, I've seen agents come and go. The one thing that always perplexed me, though, is the lack of knowledge that some of the supposed 'seasoned' agents came with. They didn't understand the concept of 'building and managing their business like a business' or of what it took to create a successful real estate practice, Hence, this program.
